Amanda O’Reilly created this work through lived experience, personal unraveling, and the moment she realized she had been abandoning herself in the name of strength, service, and survival.
What she had studied intellectually, psychology, neuroscience, NLP, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing, she was suddenly asked to live. Not as theory, but as truth.
From that experience, The ANCHOR™ Method was born, a framework for returning to yourself in the moments you used to leave.
Amanda is the founder of Worthy Wands, physical anchors designed to support that return. What began as a personal practice has since reached more than 30,000 women worldwide.
She has been recognized as a Dame in The Order Of St-George, named Top 40 Under 40, and honored as an Agent of Change in her city of Ottawa, Canada.
