Affirmation jewelry for women to feel calm, grounded, and worthy | Worthy Wands
The Ripple
What began with two words on one necklace has become a body of work carried through thousands of lives, stories, organizations, and communities.
What happens when a truth is given somewhere to take root?
One reminder can become a pause.
One pause can become a different choice.
One choice can change the relationship a woman has with herself, and that relationship changes the way she moves through her home, her work, her relationships, and the lives she touches.
That is the ripple Worthy Wands was created to begin.
Where It Began
One reminder became a ripple
Worthy Wands began in 2018 with two words stamped onto a necklace: Worthy and Enough.
They were not words our founder fully believed yet. They were words she needed close enough to touch, worn through the moments when old patterns felt louder than the truth.
Over time, the necklace became more than something she wore. It became a physical anchor, a way to pause, return, and remember herself while life was happening. What began as one woman’s private practice soon became something she offered to another woman, and then another. One necklace became a conversation. One conversation became a community. One reminder began travelling from woman to woman, heart to heart, and story to story.
The ripple began the moment one woman’s anchor became another woman’s reason to remember.
Truth can be practiced before it is fully believed.
A Worthy Wand gives that truth somewhere tangible to take root.
Through repeated touch, attention, and intentional use, the anchor becomes part of an everyday practice of returning to yourself.
The Work Travelled
It was never meant to stay inside a jewelry box
Over the years, Worthy Wands found its way into places we could not have predicted.
Warrior necklaces were gifted to frontline workers moving through the uncertainty of the pandemic.
Messages of worth reached women rebuilding their lives in shelters. Pieces entered recovery communities, support programs, correctional facilities, and organizations helping people find their way back to themselves.
Necklaces were distributed on Skid Row. They were gifted between friends, family members, coaches, therapists, and complete strangers.
Again and again, the same truth revealed itself: small reminders can meet people inside life-changing moments.
The Measure That Matters
The stories became the proof
Some stories arrive quietly.
A message. A photograph. A letter. A voice note.
Others arrive in moments we never forget.
Stories of choosing differently. Setting boundaries. Finding courage. Leaving what was hurting. Beginning again. Remembering who they are.
And thirteen stories, that we know of, where this work played a role in helping someone choose to stay.
The Philosophy Found New Languages
The mission never changed. The ways it could reach people expanded.
The Jewelry
A reminder you can touch.
Wearable anchors designed to bring you back to yourself in the moments that matter.
The Book
Language for the patterns.
You Are The Anchor gives words to self-abandonment, over-functioning, people pleasing, hyper-independence, and the return to self.
The Method
A framework for living it.
The ANCHOR™ Method supports awareness, nervous system regulation, self-trust, choice, ownership, and self-leadership.
Different forms. The same conversation.
Then the Philosophy Became a Book
You Are The Anchor carries the conversation beyond what can be held in the hand or worn against the skin.
It gives language to the patterns beneath the exhaustion. It explores what happens when a woman becomes everyone else's safe place before learning how to become her own.
Today, the book is finding homes in libraries, women's shelters, victim services, recovery programs, correctional facilities, community organizations, retreats, masterminds, and book clubs.
Not because the mission changed. Because the ripple found another way to travel.
The Ripple, So Far
What began with one necklace kept moving
Worthy Wands began with wearable reminders of worth, strength, courage, and truth.
One hundred Warrior necklaces were gifted to frontline workers during the pandemic.
One hundred and fifty Worthy and Enough necklaces made their way into women's shelters and healing spaces.
Necklaces were distributed on Skid Row and entered correctional facilities, support programs, and recovery communities.
Thirteen known stories, to date, where the work played a role in helping someone choose to stay.
The ANCHOR™ Method and Ask The Anchor transformed years of lived experience, coaching, and conversations into a framework for awareness, regulation, self-trust, and remembrance.
You Are The Anchor became a book, carrying the work into libraries, shelters, victim services, recovery programs, correctional facilities, and communities.
The Ripple Continues
The form may change. The conversation does not.
Every Worthy Wand, every page, every practice, and every story carries the same invitation:
Return to yourself.
Let the truth take root.
Pass it on.
