A note for our U.S. customers

Due to recent changes to U.S. import tariffs that happened on August 22,2026, applicable duties on orders shipping from Canada will now be calculated and shown separately at checkout.

We know these changes are beyond anyone's control, and we're doing everything we can to make ordering from Worthy Wands as simple and transparent as possible

Beginning October 16, 2026, we will be shipping directly from within the United States, with no additional import duties charged to customers.

All Orders Ship Same Day From Canada 

Shipping Options

At checkout, you'll be able to choose between tracked and untracked shipping. Please review your choice carefully, we receive a high volume of requests for updates, and we're only able to provide tracking details if a tracked option was selected.

If you choose tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking number via email and can follow your order through the Shop app or the carrier's website.

International Orders

International packages may be subject to duties and taxes based on your local customs regulations. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority, and Worthy Wands is not responsible for any applicable charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Before reaching out, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout
  • Look for a delivery notice or tracking update
  • Check with neighbors, concierge, or nearby mailboxes
    (This solves most cases!)

Still can’t locate your package? Email us at hello@worthywands.com and we’ll support you from there.

  • If your package was tracked, we’ll open a support ticket with the carrier.
  • If it was untracked, we kindly ask that you allow up to 30 days for delivery especially for international shipments or high-volume seasons.
