Shipping Options
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose between tracked and untracked shipping.
Please review your choice carefully we receive a high volume of requests for updates, and we’re only able to provide tracking details if a tracked option was selected.
If you choose tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and can follow your order through the Shop app or the carrier’s website.
If you opt for a tracked package, you'll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your package’s journey through the Shop app or the carrier’s website.
International Orders
International packages may be subject to duties and taxes, based on your local customs regulations.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority, and Worthy Wands is not responsible for any applicable charges.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Before reaching out, please:
- Double-check the shipping address entered at checkout
- Look for a delivery notice or tracking update
- Check with neighbors, concierge, or nearby mailboxes

- If your package was tracked, we’ll open a support ticket with the carrier.
- If it was untracked, we kindly ask that you allow up to 30 days for delivery especially for international shipments or high-volume seasons.
