From Necklace to Method to Mirror: The Sacred Evolution of Worthy Wands

The Sacred Evolution of Worthy Wands

Can I tell you a story?

Not the polished one. The real one. The one that started not with a plan, but with a breakdown.

Back in 2017, my life was unraveling. My engagement ended. My relationship was over. And I couldn’t outrun the ache anymore.
I remember sitting in therapy, trying to connect with my inner child, and she just... wouldn’t come forward. So I asked her, “What do you need to feel safe?”

She didn’t hesitate.
She said, “You need to love yourself. To trust yourself.
Save yourself before you try to save anyone else.”

Then she added something that cracked me wide open:
“Anchor yourself.”

I didn’t have one.
So I made one.

I went to a Things Engraved store and had a necklace stamped with two words I didn’t yet believe but desperately needed to remember:
Worthy. Enough.

I wore it every day.
At first, it felt like pretending.
But then… something shifted.

I started standing taller. Speaking softer. Showing up for myself.
That necklace became more than jewelry. It became a ritual. A lifeline. A mirror.

Around that time, I was traveling with Tony Robbins. I had the chance to learn from Dr. Joe Dispenza, who said something that stuck with me: repetition rewires the brain. Then Dr. Bruce Lipton taught me how our thoughts and rituals can literally shift our biology.

That was the moment I knew this wasn’t just emotional. It was neurological.
I went deeper. Studied neuroscience.
Got certified in NLP by Dr. Richard Bandler.
And it all clicked.

I wasn’t just healing my heart. I was retraining my mind.
I was creating safety in my body.
I was anchoring new truth into my cells, one breath, one choice, one day at a time.

That necklace wasn’t just helping me feel better.
It was helping me become someone new.

That’s how Worthy Wands started.
Not with a branding plan.
With a nervous system desperate for peace.
With a woman trying to remember her own enoughness.

I created the first Wand for me. But I knew right away  if it worked for me, it could work for others too. So I started sharing it. And women started writing in, telling me what was shifting for them. How they felt steadier. Clearer. Calmer. Like they were remembering something ancient.

But I also realized… the necklace wasn’t the only part of my healing.
It was how I was living with it. The rituals. The awareness. The breath. The boundaries. The nervous system regulation.

What I had lived, I began to map.
What felt intuitive at first became embodied.
And eventually, it became a method.

The ANCHOR™ Method is what holds it all together now.
Six pillars. One sacred practice.
It’s not about performing worthiness. It’s about regulating into it.
It’s not just mindset. It’s frequency.

The jewelry is the anchor.
The method is the map.
The book, You Are the Anchor, is the story ( coming 2026 ) the full remembering.
And The Anchor is our digital soul mirror. She is the newest piece. She helps you choose your frequency. She meets you in your moment. She reflects you back to yourself.

We’ve brought this work into shelters, into prisons, into circles of women reclaiming their voice. And every time someone puts on a Wand, it’s like watching a nervous system exhale.

One man said, "We never take them off. It's a promise to our soul. Forgetting our worth put us behind bars. Remembering it is where the story changed."

That’s the power of anchoring.

So if you’ve been following along for a while and wondering where this is all going… this is it.

It’s not just jewelry anymore.
It never really was.

It’s a system. A story. A way of being.

You don’t need to earn your worth.
You don’t need to prove anything.
You just need to remember.
And anchor it in.

That’s what Worthy Wands was always meant to be.

And you ...
You are the anchor.
