SHIPPING UPDATES

Shipping:

We pride ourselves on quick processing and that all orders ship the same day. Please note that Canada Post is closed on national, provincial, and territorial holidays, with no collection or delivery of mail on these days.

Most orders placed with Canada Post Priority shipping before 11am EST are processed and shipped the same day. 

We've provided a few different shipping options to keep things affordable.

Shipping Options: 

Regular mail, small packet (not tracked), and expedited tracked package. Please make sure you’re reviewing the option you're choosing at check out as we get countless emails a day asking for status updates and unless it's tracked, we don't have any additional information to offer.

Here's what we know about the current state of shipments:

Mail and parcels will continue to be delivered. However, Canada Post and their partner, the United States Postal Service (USPS), are experiencing unprecedented volume across their networks. The increased volume combined with modified processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are resulting in delays.

Free Local Pickup:

If you live in Ottawa, you can pick up for free. Choose the pickup option at check out and you will get a notification when your order is ready for contactless pickup.

Regular Mail:

If you opt for regular mail, we are told it could take up anywhere from a few days up to 12 weeks for it to arrive, especially if it's going overseas. We are getting emails every day from people getting their packages. While you may think they're lost, they are just delayed.

Small Packet:

Not tracked and is faster than regular mail.

 

Expedited Tracked Package:

If you opt for a tracked package, you will get a tracking number where you can track your package here or on the shop app.

 

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Worthy Wands is not responsible for duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Lost Shipments:

  • Check with neighbours (or those with neighbouring mailboxes). This is most often where your package will be.
  • If you are still unable to locate your package, please email hello@worthywands.com and our team will file a claim with the shipping carrier if you'd paid for tracked packages. Otherwise we are unable to file a claim if you opted for regular untracked mail. Please note that a resolution can take up to 10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Worthy Wands.
