If it feels safe, pause where you are.
Place one hand on your heart. One hand on your belly.
If you have a wand, hold it gently in your palm.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Close your eyes. Let the noise soften.
Inhale for 4…
Hold for 4…
Exhale for 4…
Hold for 4…
Repeat three times.
Then say (aloud or in your mind):
“This is an old story.”
“I see it now.”
“And I choose to stay with me.”
