We ship by Canada Post. We ship the same day or the next day depending on when your order was placed, but we have no control over the shipping time once your package leaves our hands.
Our rates are Canada Post’s rates. We do not determine shipping charges or shipping time frame.

International orders do not include any customs or duties. Customs, duties, taxes, or any other charges for the delivery, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. This varies by country.
International shipments can be delayed by customs. Check with your local post office to make sure you have not missed a notice that your package is held at customs.

There is no shipping on gift cards. Once the purchase is complete, an email that contains a unique gift card code will be sent that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.
