We ship by Canada Post. We ship the same day or next day, but we have no control over the shipping time once your package leaves our hands. We are getting emails every day of packages arriving, so we know it's an exercise in patience, but it will be worth the wait!

If you choose regular mail, please note that we have no way to track your order once it leaves us. We’re offering an affordable alternative by offering regular mail but orders can take up to 12 weeks to arrive under the new Covid guidelines with Canada Post.
This is solely the carrier and we use and have no control once we've shipped the package. We encourage you to choose tracked packages so you can track them yourself!
Again, if you opted for regular mail or a non-tracked package, we can't help track it. Please be patient. Emailing us won't result in a different answer.

International orders do not include any customs or duties. Customs, duties, taxes, or any other charges for the delivery, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. This varies by country.
International shipments can be delayed by customs. Check with your local post office to make sure you have not missed a notice that your package is held at customs.
