Instead of “I always mess this up,” try “I’m learning to hold myself differently this time.”

Don’t just write a list feel your gratitude.
Gratitude isn’t a chore. It’s a vibration that tells the universe,
“I trust what I already have. I’m ready to receive more.”

3. Anchor your affirmations.
Not just in your journal. On your skin. In your field.
