I created the first one for me, then I created Worthy Wands for the world

Hi, My name is Amanda, and I'm the creator of Worthy Wands.

Given that I am sharing stories behind the wands, I thought it only fair to start with my own and why I created Worthy Wands.

I realize using jewelry to rewire your brain may seem a little out there, I get it — and I'm okay with being "out there" because it's scienceit works, it's helping thousands, and saving lives.

Wearing jewelry with intention can literally rewire your brain. That may seem like a stretch, but it's true, there's ample data—not to mention, I am living proof that it works, as I am NOT at all the same women I was pre-worthy wands. I've been wearing jewelry for decades, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I experienced the power of adorning myself with something that had meaning. I was inspired to create @worthywands first prototype because I needed an anchor, a daily reminder that I was worthy of love, that I was enough. It sounds strange given that my name actually means "worthy of love." Yet, due to past capital T trauma, I felt anything but worthy. I didn't feel enough, I over gave and over did to gain people's love and attention. I self abandoned, self-betrayed and stayed in situations well past it's expiry date because I didn't know who I was outside of that story. It had become my identity. This only led to burn-out, losing my son and everything that I thought gave me worth and value.

Deep inside me was a little girl who was afraid, angry, and had been reacting because she hadn't been allowed to be who she was created to be. This little girl had been silenced by her adult self. She'd been ignored and hated. The adult self had become a people-pleaser, an over-giver, and a perfectionist in the hopes of securing the love she so desperately desired and didn't know how to give herself.

When I meet this little girl during an intense healing session, I realize that she and I were one. She was drowning because I left her alone and made everyone else more important than her. I abandoned her.

When I asked her what she needed, she said: for you to learn to love yourself, trust yourself, save yourself. Then come back and get me, I'll be waiting - but I don't trust you enough to come with you today. When you heal yourself, everything will change. Save yourself before to attempt to save another, otherwise you will both drown.

Me: How do I do that?
Her: Just like a boat has an anchor that they use to anchor themselves so they don't get lost. Anchor yourself. Find your own true north. Yourself.
Me: I don't have an anchor.
Her: Create one
In 2018 @worthywands was born, and I've worn mine every day since without exception  ( unless I am paying it forward to another soul in need ) as a reminder of my worth and value. A daily reminder that my thoughts, words, and energy matter. As creators, I believe we're always our own first client because we create what we wish existed. I turned sh$t into gold and I alchemized my own pain. As the words laid across my chest, I not only had a reminder that I could see, but I also had something to touch and anchor the positivity in.

Over time I remember noticing as I looked at myself in the mirror that my shoulders had dropped, and I was standing taller, and I actually started to love the woman staring back at me. I was proud of her. As those words continued seeping into my cells like lotion to dry skin, the game was finally changed for me. Little did I know at the time that there was a scientific reason why this was working. I went down the personal development rabbit hole, got my certification in NLP, started studying neuroscience, epigenetics and suddenly everything started to make sense.

Our brain learns by repetition, it’s how new neural pathways are created in our brains, and our cells are always listening. All 50 trillion of them! The way I would speak to myself about myself was shameful. When I learned that disease is created in the mind long before it manifests in the body, I knew it was time to evict the mean girl in my head. Worthy Wands are more than just accessories, they're functional tools that fundamentally change the way in which we see ourselves, which changes the inner conversation. You can check out the full science behind the wands here.

When you purchase a piece of jewelry from us, you're purchasing an item that is designed to help you remember your worth.

Every dollar that comes into the Worthy Wand brand is a human saying,
"I choose me." They're saying, "I love myself. I believe in myself. I am betting on myself. I am worth it." They're saying, "I am working on myself." They're saying, "I am working on my relationships, on my self-worth, my self-love, my self-confidence." They are saying: "I worthy. I am enough." And they're saying it with their hard-earned money!
And every time someone loves themselves enough to buy from us, they are not only changing their lives, but they are also impacting the lives of others around them by teaching them how important self-love is!
I believe that every person on this planet deserves to feel loved and valued, and I'm honored to be part of the movement toward a world where everyone knows they're worth it.
Today, there are tens of thousands of necklaces in the world working their magic and changing lives. They've saved 8 lives to suicide that I know of.
Your story won’t be the same as mine. Your journey is different, your story is unique to you, but if you've ever felt like you're not enough in your own life, If you've ever felt the need to be something that you're not in order to source love and safety, if you've ever felt like you are made for more, then I invite you to trying using jewelry to rewire your brain. Be intentional with it. If you don't go within, you will always go without.

Significant change in life always starts with an intention, and always starts from within. Find your anchor www.worthywands.com and I can't wait to hear about all the magic that it creates in your life as well.
