This little necklace is the mosts anchoring thing. I can't explain why or how, it just grounds me. I love it and never take it off. I can wear it to the beach, the pool the gym and it stays shiny and true.
I am enjoying my piece and it is helping me remember to feel into my body. When I touch it, I refocus on myself and my inner world. Being naturally more externally focused and hyper vigilant, it's a good reminder to refocus my energy on what I actually have control over, which is myself.
THIS beautiful silver anchor has been a part of me 24/7 for just over 8 months now (since it came into existence). I have worn it solo and layered with other wands. I have subconsciously reached for it and held it in challenging moments, in great/celebratory times, when travelling, and so much more.
